Help support and promote the study of the German language and culture in Wisconsin!
Your dues and contributions have helped to fund these contests for close to 70 years. All the funding for DSSV scholarships and awards comes from membership dues, donations and bequests. If you or someone in your family has benefited from these programs can we ask you to support our efforts on behalf of future students of German? We encourage the families of award winners to join and support our organization so that we may continue our work for German students in the years to come.
The German language and School Society (Deutscher Sprach und Schulverein) is looking for people interested in promoting Study of the German Language in Wisconsin. Are you interested in helping in the planning, organization and administration of the annual contest and award ceremony? Not only teachers are needed. Your particular skill or talent is welcome and needed. You don’t need to be a German expert to help!
